Quiltometry is a great skill builder quilt that includes large blocks that pack a punch with the use of contrasting colors.  It is quick to make.  Using several different fabrics makes it fun and full of color or using a few colors can be great to show off the contrast too.  There are eight different types of blocks in the quilt and they can be arranged in many different ways.   Full color photos included with step by step instruction.
